An accurate rapid to determine hemagglutinin (HA) concentration would facilitate reference antigen preparation consequently expedite availability of seasonal as well pandemic vaccines. Objective The goal this study was develop a label-free mass spectrometry (MS) based that enables simultaneous identification quantification HA, neuraminidase (NA), other viral proteins protein contaminations in vaccine or virus preparations.
