摘要: Aims:  The systemic movement of Agrobacterium spp. inside plants different species was studied to determine the most valuable diagnostic methodology for their detection. Methods and Results:  Pathogenic agrobacteria were detected by isolation PCR in tissue away from primary tumours tomato grown presence Moreover, this bacterium also able induce secondary beyond inoculation site. In addition, capacity translocate analysed rose, grapevine, chrysanthemum, cherry peach × almond hybrid GF677. No differences among strains tumour development, although some them induced a significantly higher number species. Movement inoculated pathogenic cells four demonstrated symptomless portions plant stems PCR. Finally, root, crown stem naturally infected walnuts. all assays, efficient technique detecting within plants. Conclusions:  Migration is complex phenomenon more extensive than previously reported. Therefore, sensitive detection methods such as must be used select clean avoid latent infections spp. Significance Impact Study:  results show that migration could relatively frequent several cultivated fruit trees, should taken into account when designing strategies controlling gall disease.
