摘要: This article discusses the physiology of normal nerve conduction, pain, and local anesthetic mechanism action. The pharmacology anesthetics with regard to uptake, distribution, potency, duration action are also discussed. Local used in horses presented a clinically useful format. A short discussion future anesthesia for equine standing surgery is included.
