摘要: 1. At low substrate concentrations (below approximately 2 mM) Hymenolepis diminuta absorbs acetate by a mediated process; at high the main mode of entry is diffusion.2. Hydrogen ion concentration affects uptake. pH rate increased and there larger diffusion component. Inhibition uptake propionate depressed pH.3. Acetate inhibited other short chain fatty acids but unaffected variety compounds. The kinetics inhibitions were examined found to be partially competitive in case propionate, butyrate, valerate octanoate fully formate. Butyrate also these compounds.4. data are discussed terms transport acids, lipid metabolism cestodes possible significance ecology organism.
