摘要: This paper presents an integrated approach implemented in a computer aided system for the practical application of comprehensive EIA urban transportation planning .. The Computer Aided Landuse Transport Environment Analysis System (CALTEAS) consists multi-level GIS based data base and three other major sub systems _ Simulation, Evaluation Map Display.
