摘要: Abstract The secretome of the white-rot fungus Bjerkandera adusta produced in synthetic Kirk medium was compared to that supplemented with an aqueous phenol-rich extract dry olive mill residues (ADOR). Distinct changes protein composition oxidoreductases, namely diverse class-II peroxidases and aryl alcohol oxidases were found. In ADOR-supplemented (ASC), 157 distinct proteins identified by analysis, whereas only 59 them without ADOR supplementation (Kirk culture; KM). Proteome analysis indicated number ASC more than doubled (from 4 11) KM. Two short manganese (MnP1 MnP6) one versatile peroxidase (VP1) represented 29% relative abundance (NSAF) ASC. VP1) also detected KM at a 3%. Further present lignin (LiP2), generic (GP) three dye-decolorizing (DyPs). To prove potential involvement these degradation aromatic compounds, BadVPI tested its ability degrade recalcitrant dehydrogenated polymer (DHP, lignin).
