摘要: The aim of this study was to assess the effects inoculation rhizosphere or endophytic bacteria (Psychrobacter sp. SRS8 and Pseudomonas A3R3, respectively) isolated from a serpentine environment on plant growth translocation accumulation Ni, Zn Fe by Brassica juncea Ricinus communis multi-metal polluted soil (SS). Field collected SS diluted 0, 25, 50 75% with pristine in order obtain range heavy metal concentrations used microcosm experiments. Regardless bacteria, biomass both species decreased increase proportion SS. Inoculation plants significantly increased compared non-inoculated control presence different SS, which attributed production promoting and/or mobilizing metabolites bacteria. However, showed maximum test grown even treatment In turn, A3R3 metals plants. exhibited low values bioconcentration factor (<1) for Ni Fe. bacterial strains (TF) while decreasing TF species. Besides contrasting effect, TFs all were < 1, indicating that studied bacteria-plant combinations are suitable phytostabilization. This demonstrates isolates improved B. R. soils have great potential be as inoculants phytostabilization scenarios contaminated soils.
