摘要: Since H9N2 avian influenza virus (AIV) was first isolated in Guangdong province of China, the has been circulating chicken flocks mainland China. However, a systematic phylogenetic analysis AIV from chickens Shandong China not conducted. Based on hemagglutinin (HA) gene sequences AIVs between 1998 and 2013, genetic evolution 35 HA systematically analyzed this study. Our findings showed that majority (21 out 35) belonged to lineage h9.4.2.5. Most isolates (33 had PSRSSR↓GLF motif cleavage site. Importantly, 29 these an amino acid exchange (Q226L) receptor-binding The substitution potential affinity bind human-like receptor. currently prevalent h9.4.2.5 which are different vaccine strain SS/94 clade h9.4.2.3. Therefore, long-term surveillance is significance combat possible outbreaks.
