摘要: Imaging artifacts commonly occur during routine ultrasonographic evaluation of patients and contribute to image inaccuracies. These are classified into arising from factors controllable prior imaging or sound beam interactions within the patient which may result in clinically useful confusing artifacts. Artifact formation, how this influences anatomical location, echogenicity, size shape, is described. The clinical interpretation explained order gain maximum diagnostic information an image.
