摘要: Abstract Systemic production and mobilization of inflammatory cells formation hepatic periovular granulomas were studied in Schistosoma mansoni-infected mice with deficient interferon gamma (IFN-γ) receptor (IFN-γRo/o). The impaired IFN-γ signaling did not cause a significant modification the overall kinetics cells, but mutant developed smaller two-fold reduction all cell lineages. In normal mice, fully differentiated macrophages progressively predominant, whilst IFN-γRo/o contained higher percentage immature proliferating monocytes. Granulomas had an enhanced accelerated fibrotic reaction, corresponding to increased content proliferative activated connective tissue cells. Simultaneously, their ratio T over B increase CD8+ CD4+ functional was required for initial recruitment monocytes lymphocytes into granulomas, it necessary maturation macrophages, upregulation major histocompatibility class 2 (MHC-II) expression consequent stimulation lymphocyte subpopulations depending upon MHC-II-mediated antigen presentation.
