摘要: Biomimetics takes advantage of natural strategies for the solution technological problems, including proper design biomaterials. Living bone exhibits a hierarchical porosity with both giant and nanometric pores which must be reproduced biomaterials hard tissue repair. Bioactive degradable bioceramics are good alternative manufacture scaffolds. Tissue engineering approaches to improve regeneration include supporting endogenous osteoblast adhesion, proliferation (osteoconduction), osteoinduction by growth factors, osteoprogenitors. Understanding ossification mechanisms role biomolecules involved in this process is requirement Mesoporous bioactive ceramics, namely mesoporous silica templated glasses host conformed into 3D scaffolds micrometric rapid prototyping, option regeneration. In regard, such as well characterized morphogenetic proteins others under current research, osteostatin osteoprogenitors, promising applications. Future developments will come micro- nano- scales, molecular cell biology provide suitable solutions demanding needs these compounds.
