摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for identifying reporting failures of an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Specifically, the described herein evaluate quantization noise properties ADCs, including delta-sigma ADCs successive approximation register (SAR) to verify functionality and/or identify failures. Quantization can be evaluated in frequency domain by, example, comparing RMS values, magnitudes, spectrums, like, various bands threshold values expected shape. additionally or alternatively time counts pulse widths, average number transitions within a sequence pulses similar identifiable characteristics other width bands.
