Efecto de la Sigatoka negra ( Mycosphaerella fijiensis ) sobre la fotosíntesis y transpiración foliar del banano ( Musa sp. AAA, cv. Valery )

摘要: Con el proposito de relacionar ataque la Sigatoka negra (Mycosphaerella fijiensis) con las tasas fotosintetica y transpiracion foliares, se sembraron rebrotes del tercer ciclo produccion una plantacion cv. Valery en potes plasticos 4 litros. Las plantas mantuvieron dentro un invernadero a humedad relativa temperatura 90% 27°C, respectivamente. Al emitir 6 hojas, mas jovenes fueron inoculadas conidios M. fijiensis partir cultivos monosporicos aislamientos silvestres. Dos riegos diarios por aspersion pelicula agua sobre hojas. Se aplico suspension 150000 ml-1 enves hojas utilizando aerografo, 2 fechas intervalo 30 dias entre ellas, para obtener diferentes grados severidad estadios enfermedad edades. Tanto determinacion visual porcentaje como estadio desarrollo enfermedad, llevadas cabo los 6,25 cm2 area foliar cubierta cubeta medidor infrarrojo gases, utilizado determinar fotosinteticas transpiratorias foliares. La tasa neta (Fn; μmoles CO2 reducidos m2 s-1) decayo incremento (Fn=-0,1517 x+6,845; R2=0,72) (Fn=-1,62 x+8,36; R2=0,60). El impacto patogeno transpiratoria (E; mmoles m-2 fue relativamente menor, lo mostro regresion E contra (E=-0,0122 x+2,429; R2=0,11).
