摘要: Abstract A study of the effects pore-water saturation on horizontal and vertical components ground motions in a multi-layered soil–bedrock system due to inclined SV waves is presented. Both soil rock are modeled as partially water-saturated porous medium which characterized by its degree saturation, porosity, permeability, compressibility. An efficient formulation developed for computation two-dimensional motions, considered functions angle incidence, frequency, geometry system. Numerical results both half-space model single-layered indicate that effect may be significant, dependent incidence. Even slight decrease full overlying cause appreciable difference amplitudes amplitude ratios between two at surface, implying one need carefully take into account conditions interpretation field observations.
