摘要: Silver telluride nanotubes have been prepared by the hydrothermal process without a template or surfactant. The as-prepared sample was characterized X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, photoelectron spectra, and Raman spectra. structural phase transition of observed. A rolling-up mechanism is proposed to explain formation silver based on inherent crystal structure low-temperature β-Ag2Te. spectra analysis revealed an interesting scattering enhancement phenomenon.
