摘要: ABSTRACT This study was aimed at investigating the change of blood mineral and enzyme activity during growthperiod velvet antler in Korean spotted deer. Samples blood, obtained from jugular vein oftwenty-five deer(4 to 6 year-old males), were taken 10 days interval just after casting 50 days.Deer randomly selected farm, samples analyzed for parameters like mineralconcentration activities. No significant differences found calcium phosphorus concentrationin whereas sodium, potassium chloride concentration significantly changed with growth. There no alkaline phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine amino-transferase, ɤ -glutamyl transferase lactate dehydrogenase growth antler, but phosphataseconcentration increased highest on daysafter casting. Creatine kinase activities deer tested this experiment werehigher than those other animals.(
