摘要: Controlled-environment and field experiments were done to investigate effects of the fungicide Punch C (flusilazole plus carbendazim) on growth Leptosphaeria maculans L. biglobosa in oilseed rape. In controlled-environment experiments, for plants inoculated with maculans, treatment decreased lesion size amount DNA leaves; biglobosa, did not affect or pathogen DNA. When release ascospores was monitored using a Burkard spore sampler, timing pattern ascospore differed between four seasons. 2006/2007, majority released whilst 2007/2008 biglobosa; both seasons before ascospores. 2002/2003 2003/2004, severity stem canker cv. Apex, but gave no significant yield response. 2006/2007 2007/2008, phoma leaf spot incidence autumn at harvest, increased yield.
