摘要: Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is able to induce a great diversity of cellular responses via modulating the expression number different genes. The multitude TNF activities may be explained by both structural and functional heterogeneity in receptors as well diversification postreceptor signal transduction pathways. Purification has revealed two major, distinct binding proteins (TR60 TR80). TR60 seems an essential component for signaling; role TR80 remains elucidated. pathway involves phospholipase A2, phosphatidylcholine-specific C, protein kinase other serine/threonine tyrosine-specific kinases with yet unknown function. At receiving end signaling, induction gene mediated through activation nuclear transcription factors, such NFkB, AP-1, IRF-1, NF-GMa.
