摘要: Abstract The search of efficient and thermal-stable red phosphors for NUV chip-based white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) remains quite a challenge phosphor development. Herein, novel Eu3+-doped Sr3Y(BO3)3 red-emitting was prepared the corresponding structural luminescent properties were systematically studied. XRD results indicate that complete solid solution Sr3(Y,Eu)(BO3)3 can be formed. Sr3Y(BO3)3: Eu3+ show strong high-purity emission under UV excitation. Concentration quenching is almost absent in Sr3Y(1-x)Eux(BO3)3 system due to large Stokes shift effective separation by SrO8 BO3 polyhedrons. optimized 0.9Eu3+ found have good stability at high temperature (70% RT intensity 473 K). promising NUV-excited LED application.
