摘要: This paper presents an off-line integrated full ballast to supply a 35W assembly of Power LEDs. The proposed solution integrates input PFC stage (a flyback converter operating in DCM) and DC-DC output buck converter) into single switch power stage, with peak current control. As it will be shown, this control scheme maintains the through load constant, regardless instantaneous value DC link voltage. issue allows use small capacitor for link, which enhances overall system reliability. complete has dimming capability, all analysis design steps are presented, thus ensuring fulfilling existing regulations. novelty final comes from simplicity robustness compact single-switch stage. A prototype been built tested, experimental results shown last part paper. Finally, conclusions future developments shown.
