摘要: Isolations of salmonellas from humans and food products are recorded for the period 1981-5 an attempt has been made to investigate relationship between serotypes isolated those meat products. The predominant were Salmonella typhimurium, S. enteritidis virchow. typhimurium was commonly a range derby one most common tripe sausages but relatively uncommon in humans. Salmonellas found less than or equal 0.5% cooked apart udder (3.2%) pet foods (12.4%). raw meats ranged 3% pork 28% poultry. Incidents salmonella infection Manchester increased 1981 1984 decreased during 1985.
