摘要: Additive manufacture (AM) appears to be the most suitable technology produce sophisticated, high quality, lightweight parts from Ti6Al4V alloy. However, fatigue life of AM is concern. In our study, we focused on a comparison two techniques additive manufacture—selective laser melting (SLM) and electron beam (EBM)—in terms mechanical properties during both static dynamic loading. All samples were untreated focus influence surface condition inherent SLM EBM. The EBM studied in as-built state, while was followed by heat treatment. resulting similarity microstructures led comparable tension, but, due differences roughness specific internal defects, strength reached only half value samples. Higher that contributed multiple initiations cracks, one crack initiated surface. Also, facets formed an intergranular cleavage fracture observed
