摘要: In micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) with cationic surfactants the migration window is significantly narrower than anionic surfactants. order to overcome this disadvantage of surfactants, it investigated whether possible widen by reducing velocity aqueous phase while electrophoretic mobility micelles maintained. Short chain alkylammonium compounds, hexamethonium bromide and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose are tested as additives separation electrolyte potential improve via electroosmotic flow. It will be shown that these modifiers can successfully used in MEKC surfactant employing an alkyltrimethylammonium micelle forming agent. Influence selected on retention neutral acidic solutes efficiency system investigated.
