摘要: Aim The microRNAs (miRs) are small non-coding RNAs which regulate expression of multiple genes involved in atherogenesis. MicroRNA also present circulation. aims this study were: 1) assessment level miR-1, miR-208a and miR-423-5p plasma patients with STEMI, stable CAD healthy individuals; 2) evaluation correlation between miRs left ventricle ejection fraction, end- systolic end-diastolic diameters troponin release STEMI. Methods Study group consisted 26 patients: acute MI (N.=17); (N.=4); 3) subjects no history (control group, N.=5). Expression miR-423-5p, miR-208 miR-1 was measured before PCI, 6, 12 24 hours later. ofmiRs using TaqMan® Assays. assessed by Pfaffl method, miR-39 used for normalization the results. Results In comparison to control did not show significant differences. Also there increase number miR copies at after PCI. There a significantly higher pPCI. After post-procedure similar lower than baseline level. Conversely, were different group. correlations any echocardiographic parameters LV as well I time-point follow-up. Conclusion Early myocardial infarction is increased subsequent within 6 hours. Potentially it an early marker necrosis.
