摘要: Rheumatic diseases influence reproductive function and pregnancy. At the same time pregnancy often has an effect on signs symptoms of rheumatic disease as well outcome. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) spondyloarthropathies (SpA), latter including psoriatic ankylosing spondylitis (AS), share features like joint inflammation damage, but are different in regard to autoimmune features. Fertility is reduced both RA SpA after onset. improves spontaneously most patients during pregnancy, whereas activity AS not profoundly altered A relapse within 6 months occurs 60–90 % with AS. Pregnancy loss slightly increased RA, SpA. Conception at active stage increases risk adverse maternal fetal outcomes. Women have for premature birth, cesarean section, low birth weight small gestational age infants. Careful monitoring throughout interdisciplinary care management necessary who pregnant. Pre-pregnancy assessment counseling warranted all desire children.
