摘要: The sufC gene of Escherichia coli (E. coli) is required for the biogenesis iron–sulfur (Fe–S) cluster under oxidative stress conditions. In order to investigate roles in Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi (S. Typhi), isogenic S. strain GIFU10007 harboring a non-polar mutation (ΔsufC) was constructed and results showed that deleted mutant grew more slowly than wild type when encounter stresses. Moreover, deletion decreased survival within macrophages. After macrophages infected by strain, we detected IL-6 TNF-α released into supernatant, found expression supernatant groups ones. summary, our SufC may promote coping help
