摘要: The kidneys, as an integral part of the body, are in close functional relationship with other organs. Dysfunction one organ will affect kidney. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) leads time to alteration organs, sometimes severe consequences. Thus, cardiovascular involvement CKD increased severity CKD, increase mortality rate. At present, between and lung has been less studied. Many aspects this still unknown. objective present paper is analyze main situations kidney-lung clinical pathology, special reference chronic disease. pulmonary-renal syndrome at forefront. This pathology--well known practice--refers mainly vasculitis, systemic lupus erythematosus Goodpasture's syndrome. not limited diseases like sarcoidosis amyloidosis alter lung-kidney binomial. Likewise, association some patients important disorder primarily affecting lung, such silicosis, concomitant renal involvement, highlights lungs kidneys pathology. It very know heart-kidney relationships via pulmonary arterial hypertension. In-depth knowledge patient also requires thorough analysis relationship. evident haemodialysed patients, taking into consideration that circulation influenced by dialysis membranes, on peritoneal especially transplanted whose a favorable outcome.
