摘要: The production of molecular hydrogen in the radiolysis isotactic polypropylene (PP), poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), and polystyrene (PS) with protons carbon ions has been investigated. Previous experimental data on above polymers γ-ray helium ion irradiations have combined similar studies high-density polyethylene (PE) to give a comprehensive survey dependence yields particle linear energy transfer, LET, range 0.2−800 eV/nm. radiation chemical are very dependent LET generally increase increasing LET. However, relative change yield as function is different for various polymers. It appears that high each approaching same value. This observation suggests radiolytic source all increases irradiation. ...
