摘要: BALB/c mice were inoculated i.p. with a cross-reactive anti-Idiotypic mAb (designated FD5-1) in the absence of Ag or adjuvants. Injection unmodified FD5-1 resulted induction serum antibodies reactive both (Ab3) and hapten DNP (Ab1'). Endpoint titers Ab3 response showed an increase IgM, which was dose-responsive to number injections amount antibody injected. The IgM found be thymus dependent idiotypically specific for FD5-1. Athymic injected unable produce response, whereas their euthymic littermates produced strong responses. Serum responses Ab1' detectable only isotype; no IgG observed.
