摘要: Sputum specimens unlikely to contain M. tuberculosis or artificially created as methylcellulose/egg solution were autoclaved and distributed in batches together with sputum containing viable marked an unusual drug-sensitivity pattern. These prepared 1 East African laboratory, divided into aliquots examined by direct smear culture 3 laboratories. Independent also cultured London. Scanty colonies of tuberculosis, always the characteristic marker sensitivity pattern, obtained from a proportion specimens, ranging 0% 825 London 1.3% 2165 Kampala. Transfer bacilli positive negative could therefore account for some isolated cultures that occur clinical trials. The occurrence transfer seemed be related more quality technician than detail technical methods. laboratories graded their overall efficiency examination.
