摘要: The fully automated solid-phase synthetic strategy of hairpin pyrrole–imidazole polyamides is described. A key advance the development methodology for application triphosgene as a coupling agent in synthesis without racemization. This compatible with all typical building blocks, enabling facile polyamide libraries good yield (9–15%) and crude purity.
