摘要: Abstract A simple, low cost and highly sensitive method based on cloud point extraction (CPE) for separation/preconcentration thermospray flame quartz furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was proposed the determination of ultratrace cadmium in water urine samples. The analytical procedure involved formation analyte-entrapped surfactant micelles by mixing analyte solution with an ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) a Triton X-114 solution. When temperature system higher than X-114, complex cadmium-PDC entered surfactant-rich phase thus separation from matrix achieved. Under optimal chemical instrumental conditions, limit detection 0.04 μg/L sample volume 10 mL. results samples agreed well those ICP-MS.
