摘要: Motivated by the extensive application of sensor networks in multisensor target tracking systems, problem data fusion with mixed time delays which includes short timedelay and long time-delay is considered this paper. In order to overcome several primary problems occurred existing methods based on "Out-Of-Sequence" Measurements (OOSMs), such as high investment for huge computational complexity bad real-time performance so forth, a universal linear predict estimate weighted algorithm proposed.
