摘要: Transplantation of the small and large bowel may eventually become a curative treatment for pediatric adult patients with intestinal failure short gut syndrome. Since first description human allogenic transplantation organs such as bowel13, problem suitable preservation explanted organ is one determining factors sucessful transplantation. With recent sucess in it has important to develop better techniques grafts1, 3, 10, 21. Similar proceedings other allotransplantations, outcome highly depends on quality allograft14, 18, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28. Frequently long lasting period cold (hypoxic) storage induced cellular deterioration due hypoxia limits possibility Furthermore pathophysiological events reoxygenation subsequent were limiting organs. Some these are posthypoxic energy deficiency an organ2, 26, e. g. kidney, intracellular Ca2+ overload6, osmoregulatory dysfunction by membrane integrity23, 29, O2 paradox oxidation toxic metabolites free peroxide radicals2, 19.
