摘要: Abstract The effects of ovary holding time and temperature on granulosa cell apoptosis, oocyte chromatin configuration cumulus morphology were investigated through a series experiments. Three experiments performed to determine the effect apoptosis. Ovaries held (1) at 20, 30 or 35–37 °C for up 2 h, (2) 30 °C 0–1, 1–2, 2–3, 3–4, 4–6 6–10 h, (3) cells 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 12 24 h in M199 with Hank’s salts room (suboptimal incubation). Granulosa DNA was analysed by ethidium bromide staining 3′-end labelling.
