摘要: Non-thermal atmospheric plasma (NTP) has shown its selective anticancer effects in many types of tumors vitro and one the main mechanisms is that different increase intracellular ROS cancer homologous normal cells. In this study, we report NTP treatment reduces proliferation triple negative breast (TNBC) cell lines. Simultaneously, STAT3 pathway inhibited by effects. However, it observed cells MCF10A are more sensitive to toxicity induced than MDA-MB-231. When 5 mM inhibitor N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) employed treatments, recovers. Meanwhile, remain significant inhibition MDA-MB-231 Our results further reveal can induce apoptosis through inhibiting interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) pathway. Moreover, mechanism anti-cancer selectivity relates constantly HER2/Akt activation especially but not Therefore, these two signaling pathways treatments TNBC make becoming a potential tool future therapy.
