摘要: Introduction of e-Training and e-Learning in Malaysia was a major step towards democratization education many aspects for diverse learners where didactic practice have create culture dependence. Surveys several blended or hybrid e-training showed some gaps determining the factors involving meaningful learning with method. Initial framework this study facilitate construction questionnaire to measure usefulness e-training. The consists five which are (i) content, (ii) delivery (iii) outcome (iv) service (v) structure. After going through process principal component analysis, eventually were classified into as original slightly less items change one factor name, namely interactivity This paper shows how is carried out further discuss findings based on theory practice.
