A new instrument for the rapid preparation of tissue slices

摘要: Abstract A manually operated microtome for the rapid preparation of live tissue slices is described. The instrument operates submerged in an isotonic solution and incorporates automatic mechanism removal cut which are gently carried by a stream fluid to strainer reservoir. An inexperienced operator can obtain circular nearly identical thickness at rate one every 3 or 4 s. Mechanical trauma tissues minimized temperature oxygenation medium easily controlled.
