摘要: In the current study, we have synthesized a binder free nickel foam graphene MnO2@PANI (MnO2@PANI/graphene) nanocomposite by simple hydrothermal method followed in situ polymerization. The grown on is used as 3D scaffold conducting substrate for electrode synthesis. Morphological characterization of reveals growth MnO2 intercalated PANI nanorods-like network. electrochemical study demonstrates very interesting activation phenomenon, i.e. increase specific capacitance upto 1500 charge–discharge cycles. activated MnO2@PANI/graphene exhibits maximum 1369 F g−1 at 3 A density and excellent rate capability more than 70% varying from to 15 g−1. displays good cyclic stability retaining SC over 83% after 5000
