摘要: A 56-year-old man had a lung metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma 4.7 cm × 3.4 in size located directly adjacent to the pulmonary hilar vessels. The tumor was treated with radiofrequency ablation combined earlier bronchial arterial chemoembolization and subsequent radiation therapy. complete remission of has been observed for 6 months since completion Considering that treatment such an intermediate-sized large vessels is usually difficult alone, this result suggests possible role therapy neoplasms.
