摘要: Tandem cascade reaction of one molecule alkyl azide and four molecules methyl vinyl ketone gives a heterocyclic compound having an 1,4-diazepine fused to pyrazoline spiro-linked dihydropyran. The tandem is composed intermolecular [3+2] dipolar cycloaddition give triazoline, isomerization diazo compound, another pyrazoline, Michael addition, dehydration, [4+2] cycloaddition.
