摘要: The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of ethanolic extract Allium sativum on swimming endurance test and cold stress in albino rats. assessed by survival time, estimation various biochemical parameters like glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, cortisol blood urea nitrogen (BUN). Blood cell count (WBC) also differential measured. In ulcer index, PH gastric juice weight organ such as liver, spleen, testes, adrenal gland at a dose 200 mg/kg body per oral determined. It found that significantly (p<0.001) increases time. Showed significant decrease triglyceride, BUN. A (p<0.01) WBC count, polymorphs, monocytes, lymphocytes eosinophils test. organs, index increase observed compared control group. Thus obtained results revealed has got anti-stress activity.
