The availability electronic has exploded within the past decade as communication technologies and storage capacities grown tremendously. need analyze this collected for creating business intelligence value continues grow rapidly more apparently unbiased information can be extracted from these sets. In paper we focus in particular, on email corpuses, which a great deal discerned about organization structure their unique cultures. We hypothesize that broad based analysis exchanges (ex. emails) among company’s employees could give us deep respective roles organization, thereby revealing hidden organizational structures hold immense intrinsic value. Enron corpus is used case study predict unknown status identify homogeneous groups hierarchy them organization. achieve by using classification cluster techniques. As part work, also developed web-based graphical user interface work with feature extraction composition.
