Looper-Tension Almost Disturbance Decoupling Control for Hot Strip Finishing Mill Based on Feedback Linearization

摘要: In this paper, the development of an innovative nonlinear control scheme is traced for looper and tension system in hot strip finishing mills. The proposed based on almost disturbance decoupling feedback linearization control. First, full-state-linearized using linearization. Then, controllers are used to attenuate disturbances. As a result, by tuning attenuation parameter within actuator limitations, effect angle can be attenuated arbitrary degree accuracy. Simulation results show effectiveness compared with conventional ones.
