摘要: Ovarian cancer is one of the deadliest types gynaecological cancers and more than half patients die within 5 years after diagnosis. Recurrence in advanced staged chemotherapy associated with increased chemoresistance, which results poor prognosis. Regulator G-protein signalling 10 (RGS10) negatively regulates cell proliferation, migration survival by attenuating coupled-receptors mediated pathways. Recent studies have shown that loss RGS10 expression significantly proliferation cisplatin resistance ovarian cells. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY: In this study, we analysed differential levels using public microarray datasets from clinical vitro samples. We validated progression exposure change expression. enriched our study to evaluate relationship between chemoresistance against potential chemotherapeutic agent, palbociclib. Results showed palbociclib treatment reduced viability, despite decreased chemoresistant Overall, confirmed are down-regulation while some chemotherapeutics seem be beneficial decreasing cancer.
