摘要: Background The long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as important regulators in cancer progression. Clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) is one of the most common urological cancers with poor prognosis. In this study, we examined functional role lncRNA, nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1 (NEAT1) ccRCC Methods We performed quantitative real time PCR and western blotting assays to measure mRNA protein expression levels, respectively. CCK-8 assay, invasion migration were used determine proliferative, invasive migratory ability. Flow cytometric analysis was examine apoptosis. Results levels NEAT1 up-regulated tissues up-regulation NETA1 positively correlated tumor size, higher Fuhrman grade, lymph node metastasis, also predicts worse 5-year survival rate patients ccRCC. knock-down by NEAT siRNAs transfection suppressed proliferation induced apoptosis lines. addition, inhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transition-related markers Conclusions conclusion, may be an mediator regulation progression prognosis
