摘要: The present application provides a method for generating biocatalyst, comprising: selecting sequence encoding functional catalytic domain of an enzyme; inserting said into the genetic cell such that said may undergo immunoglobulin superfamily diversification; permitting diversification to occur generate a plurality putative biocatalysts; and identifying biocatalyst having desired activity within plurality biocatalysts. Also provided are biocatalysts obtainable by method.
