摘要: An anti-scale electrochemical apparatus comprises at least one ion exchange cell, each cell comprising a housing having plurality of openings to receive and release water stream, inner outer electrodes in the housing, water-splitting membrane between treat an influent stream form effluent stream. A controlled-release scale-inhibitor composite agent polymer, is provided or flow pathway apparatus. anti-scale, splitting was also fabricated.
