In order to characterize the morphology, motility concentration sperm cells, which are most parameters feature them, digital holography demonstrated be attractive technique. Indeed, it a label-free, non-invasive high-resolution method that enables characterization live specimen. The review intended for summarizing state-of-art on semen analysis recent achievement obtained by means exploring new possible applications this field.
