摘要: Research on the determinants and implications of career success, in particular how they are related to health among Chinese workers is scarce. This research explores impact relevance individual attitudes trust organizational citizenship behavior objective subjective their physical mental health. Further, we explore moderating role a system relationships between work success. Using random sample 10,372 people China used multi-level linear regression methodology mediation–moderation model based theories.
